They have consistently put me through more pain than necessary with no compassion.
Nice guy but only an OK dentist. I had abscess that I had to go to another dentist to resolve. Biggest gripe is the creative billing. I had to watch the bills and call the office to get excess charges removed. Office manager doesn't realize that happy customers are good for the bottom line.
At Davis Family Dental, the Assistants are excellent. Dr Davis will not and do not return phone calls and or talk to patients when problems arise. The billing system is aweful, and the office management is the absolute worst!!
Dr. Davis and his staff are some of the most caring people I have met. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. Very relaxing and clean office.
