My experience with Cairns Oral Surgery staff and surgeon Brian Finn has been 5 star. I had multiple dental implants performed by Dr Finn and had no complications, excellent pain management, and thorough follow-up. The staff are exemplary and contribute to a professional experience with just the right amount of caring. Dr. Finn explained the process clearly and is very experienced. He is a surgeon I can confidently and happily recommend.

The man, the myth, the legend. I heard Dr Finn owns a helicopter, well he damn well deserves it. He did an incredible job removing some bad back teeth. I was asleep for the procedures, no pain post op, just excellent work. Thanks Dr Brian Finn and your team.!

I attended Dr Finn's rooms at the request of my dentist to have 6 implants removed, which were improperly inserted by a so called Cairns professional plus 2 broken wisdom teeth. I have suffered weight loss and ill health and Dr Finn identified my implants were the problem. Dr Finn removed all the implants plus the infection surrounding them and I cannot believe that already a couple of days after the op I feel so different, in a good way. He is patient, caring, professional and highly recommended by me.
