I attended Dr Finn's rooms at the request of my dentist to have 6 implants removed, which were improperly inserted by a so called Cairns professional plus 2 broken wisdom teeth. I have suffered weight loss and ill health and Dr Finn identified my implants were the problem. Dr Finn removed all the implants plus the infection surrounding them and I cannot believe that already a couple of days after the op I feel so different, in a good way. He is patient, caring, professional and highly recommended by me.

I was nervous about needing treatment for my teeth but Dr Finn gave me all the information and advice I needed regarding my wisdom teeth and a dental implant. I was able to ask questions and get clarification about anything I was unsure of. Great service and appreciative of the effort he went to to help me with my teeth. Highly recommend.

The receptionist for this practice was completely unhelpful. I was met with passive-aggression to down right rudeness at times when trying to organise bookings over the phone. They didn’t even try to address any of the concerns I had and were rather patronising. Appalling customer service. I cannot comment on the work of Dr. Finn as I was unable to make a booking, largely due to the above reasons.
