Very kind and caring doctor. I was so lucky to have him. Actually, all the staff that cared for me that day were amazing. Dr Horan is a blessing to this hospital. I'd give him 10 stars, the moon, and the sun.
Fantastic doctor who is highly competent & professional. Works in emergency medicine at Clovis Community and cares about his patients. We need more doctors like him.
