Dr. Lubberstedt has been my doctor for ADHD for many years and I highly recommend him. He has worked with me to find the correct treatment and actually cares about how I'm doing when I visit. The only reason I no longer see him is because I moved to Texas. 11/10 great guy and an even better doctor.
We have been working with Dr. Lubberstedt for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with how it is going. He is very friendly with my child and goes out of his way to make sure my child understands him. When my child was hospitalized he called me right away and reassured me that he would work with the hospital doctors and make a plan for my child. It gave me great comfort to know that he had a relationship with the hostial doctor and that they were working together to help us.
Absolutely love him! I've been seeing him for over 3 years now and he's the best psychiatrist I've had. He takes the time to explain my diagnosis and explain what medications he is prescribing me and why. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
Dr. Lubberstedt has been working with our son for many years. His diagnoses are spot-on, his manner is approachable and kind yet firm. He is logical and wise with our son's issues and highly supportive of us as parents of a troubled child. We are very happy with the support and assistance he gives us.
Dr. Lubberstedt is the only psychiatrist who really took his time to listen and get to the root of the problem with my daughter and myself. After a few months he did genetic testing and found out why my daughter was not responding to certain meds. He is the best psychiatrist I've worked with and actually cares about his patients. Also, he talked to my daughter and explained what was going on in her brain in a way she could understand.
Hour sessions were condensed to 20 minutes. Did not attempt to get to root of the problem or even come up with an accurate diagnosis. Diagnosis changed from session to session. Told one thing one week, told another the next. Prescribed way too much have medication without even considering the interactions of the drugs. Was completely over medicated and if it weren't for my pharmacist would have had disastrous results.
