I've seen Dr. Carty a few times and I think he is very friendly and a great Dr. I haven't ever been treated rudely by the staff. The wait time is pretty comparable to any other Dr.'s office that I've been to, so overall I am completely satisfied with Dr. Carty and I think he does a great job.
Dr. Ratterman is just wonderful. She is so easy to talk with and NEVER rushes you. Highly recommend her. She knows her stuff!
Went in for a pre-op physical and waited one hour and 20 minutes before Dr. Carty listened to my lungs and told me that they could not draw my blood to complete my physical as it the ONE woman who draws blood for his office leaves at 4:30pm. Why would his office schedule a complete physical with bloodwork if they knew that I was going to have to go to an off-site Quest diagnostics to use my insurance AGAIN in order to have the procedure completed? My experience here was AWFUL and I will NEVER return.
Carty is great. Staff is very rude, even for medical staff. Once I called about laryngitis, and they insisted on getting tons of information online and were so rude they even yelled at me to speak up at one point. I began the call by saying that I had larygitis so I couldn't talk, and could I please just come in to show them the information (already on file, but whatever).
Carty is a wonderful DR, but the staff is the worst staff ive ever encountered...
This is one outstanding doctor. Our entire family appreciates her expertise as well as her ability to ask the right questions in order to get to the root of issues. Even our teen daughters respond well to her and feel very comfortable with her. She is quite an asset to this practice.
The doctors are okay, but the staff is RUDE and unreliable! I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to have blood drawn. I was forgotten about and waited 45 minutes in an examation room. I asked to have a call from a doctor and the doctor never recieved the message. I've finally had enough! Since I am healthy and I basically like the doctors, I have been with the practice for years, but I can't put up with their staff any longer! Don't subject yourself to this staff's rude and irresponsible behavior. Find another doctor!
DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. The staff members are rude and stupid. I went in for a blood test because I have been experiencing tremors. It is imperative that I get the results of the test to rule out hyperthyroidism before I go to a neurologist. Today is 16 days after my blood was drawn and no one will give me my results. I could have a lesion in my brain, but that's not enough motivation to get these people to call me back. I have called at least 10 times and have gotten nowhere.
