From the front desk to the Dr. Blocher himself , I was very well taken care of. I was treated with Kindness And professionalism. I have high anxiety And the brilliant staff. Helped me get the personalized care I needed.
Worst office to get a hold of anybody!!! They put you on hold every single time they finally answer and than just keep you on hold for over a half hour three times in a row!!!!!!! Very rude and inconsiderate people at the front desk!!! Than you can hear the non care in her voice , worst costumer service ever!!!!!!! I just hope the surgeon is worth all this BS!!!!!!!
Horrible!! Finely was able to get through to office over a month in a half. With swollen face x2 at least , unbelievable pain, couldn’t open jaw , throat and ear pain!!!! Went to ER X3 , walk in clinic x2 and finally my DR. And will need to call him tomorrow for more antibiotics!! When I able to get in to DR. Blocher office, the DR. Was making stupid jokes!!! Your face is swollen up here r u sure u didn’t get punched in the face? Or what side r u having a problem with?I have been in so much pain!!!! So many doctors!!! Blood ... read more
