Guy’s unaccountable. Patrick Simonson refuses to do his job, won’t return phone calls and allows for retaliation in his Scranton office. Not the most honest of medical professionals. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Poorly run organization that does not want to improve and shows no regard for their patients.

lehigh hazleton has ads touting covid safety, but the desk personnel DO NOT EVEN WEAR MASKS at the EMERGENCY DESK even after warnings. Everywhere I see these ads posted, I will post pictures of the desk until this situation is remedied
