The whole staff is fantastic. Dr. Robinson is thorough, caring and listens and Rachel and Christine really make the office run like a well oiled machine. I am grateful to have such great care!
Dr. Robinson is the most compassionate and kind doctor I've ever had. I've never felt rushed or not listened to. I appreciate his telehealth appointments because I feel like he can get me in sooner and it opens up my schedule as well. I can't recommend him enough.
Was with them for a few years, in that time I was misdiagnosed on multiple issues, ignored on others, and his medication management is poor at best. Specific examples include waiting until the refill requests are ignored and I had to call them only for them to let me know they wouldn't refill until I got blood work done. Not 2 weeks before I ran out, or when I requested refills, but when I called after they hadn't been refilled for over a week and I was now out of meds. Worst ever. Been calling his office for over a month… I’m writing this review sitting in his parking lot, have called five times and no one answers, says it’s open but doors are locked. No one in lobby but there is someone in there. Doctor has only seen me twice and only through video chat. I’ve never been able to show him the issues I have I’m only allowed to discuss the one particular thing I’m allowed to make an appointment for and now there has been no answer.
