I visited urgent care at M Health Fairview in Maplewood and was disappointed with my experience with this provider. I felt that my symptoms were not fully heard or considered. It seemed that he had already made a decision about my diagnosis before thoroughly listening to my concerns. When I tried to further explain what I was experiencing and ask questions for better understanding, I felt dismissed. His demeanor came across as rushed and lacking in patient-centered care.

I wish I have checked his reviews- I have experienced what Rebecca and Sean went through. He came in without knocking, I was in pain with my left ear . He asked questions like he knew what he was going to say, I explained what’s going on with my left ear. He checked quickly and with short explanation and avoiding questions. He was more like robotic . I just felt like he didn’t do anything just to clear me like any other. This guy is not doctor need to be rechecked. The place is Fairview in Woodbury. Never again.

Dr Adams was very thorough and listened to our concerns with our daughter, 2.5. He was very good with her, and he spent enough time examining her. We did not feel rushed, and he seemed knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience, and we would see him again.
