"The doctor is fantastic, but the experience with the office manager regarding scheduling an appointment was unacceptable. There was no apology for her behavior only a rude attitude she was dismissive and unhelpful, implying the patient didn't understand what’s the main issue! ( obviously it’s her) office manager's unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service skills made the patient feeling more in PAIN. Such a shame !
