Springfield is great. It is always clean and my kids dont hate going. They have great extra amenities in the office such as when they kids are getting work dont they have videos to watch which helps keep them occupied and they love it.
We heard about Springfield through my dental plan and that we'd be eligible to use their services. I can't believe what a bargain that's turned out to be, and the service has been great.
I'm so comfortable when I'm at Springfield. Everyone is nice in there and if I have a question about anything, it's answered and explained in simpler terms, which helps when I'm having metal bars glued onto my teeth.
Springfield was on the list of the orthodontic places that my insurance company provided me with for my kids, and I can't say I'd want to go anywhere else with my money. They do a great job.
The doctors and staff talk to my kids, explain things to us, and give us a lot of detail. They're not overwhelmed or scared when they go ion. They're very informative and have good patient manner.
Been a patient for about 2 and a half or 3 years and I'm never waiting more than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room. I'm very comfortable when I'm at Springfield. They're just friendly.
