Incredibly incompetent office staff. Complete waste of time and money coming here.
I have an appointment with Dr Holt (as a new patient) in April. I just received a call (now is March) that dr is not available on that day and they are going to move my schedule to July!!!! This is their issue and I am ok with changing my schedule for a couple of days but not couple of months. This is most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. I don’t know the issue is with the poorly trained and dumb staff or the dr himself, but I do not recommend this dr at all

The only experience on which I can report is the lack of ability to get through to the practice to make an appointment. I was kept on hold several times for far too long and had to hang up. Therefore an appointment was unable to be scheduled so I cannot report on what our experience would be with Dr. Holt.
Dr. Holt has been an incredible help to my husband. He has a pleasant bedside manner and is always willing to answer all questions. He’s a very good surgeon and goes the extra mile. And he treats the family of patients with a caring and understanding attitude. Could not have found anyone more knowledgeable or kind to work with. Thank you Dr. Holt!
Dr Holt is caring , compassionate and very knowledgeable. He is the reason I want to become a urologist when I recover from my injury. He is truly an inspirational doctor and I am grateful to have him as my urologist !
