The staff was “over the moon” nice. The doctor was attentive, personable and “spot on” with his treatment. I felt like family when I was there.
This Dr may be the most “distant” physicians I have ever met. That is, distant being the opposite of empathetic. My mother was uncomfortable sitting on the table so she sat in the exam room chair. Her issue is with her lower legs and feet. Instead of bending over to examine her, he grabbed her foot and attempted to raise it high enough for his own benefit. Lack of empathy! When asked about doing a body exam, he remarked - at her age I’m sure I’d find plenty of stuff! Never again! Clearly not trained in bedside manners.
The front office is very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Dolgin is very good at his field. This visit was one of my fastest and most efficient visits to medical offices.
