The wait was a little long today but so well worth it! The staff I saw today- Ethan, Amanda, and Dr. Rosson- all VERY patient, personable, caring and made me feel important.
Review is for his nurses. I have been trying to get my epilepsy meds refilled for over a month, and have called weekly. I have had 3 seizures due to the nurses forgetting to put it in the chart/request. Negligent to say the LEAST. Maybe they won’t forget my name now? Idk. Grasping at straws at this point. Review part 2 I’ve had a tonic clonic seizure, lost oxygen for over a minute and a half, turned blue. My mom is in the office for a “family consult”. Let’s see how many apologies they try to put out?
