We have been a patient of Dr. Neidenthal's for over 10 years. He is amazing. He also been primary dentist for my boys. Wonderful with small children and adults. We, as a family, have had extensive work completed. Dr. Neidenthal's work is impeccable. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have a very complicated work schedule and they are always so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!
I have been going to Dr. Neidenthal's office for 7 years at least. He has completed many procedures for me including removal of old fillings and replacements, new fillings, an onlay, and most recently repairing a chipped front tooth. Having chipped my front tooth, I was terrified of the outcome. Not only did they work me in for an emergency procedure, his workmanship is art! I was and am blown away at how great the repair is! I am filled with gratitude. Staff's great too! Highly recommend!
I found the DR. to be polite and professional, but the work done has not lasted. Both my wife and I have had work done (Crowns, fillings etc) that have required additional follow on work. In addition, I can guarantee that additional work will be suggested every time I have a teeth cleaning - regardless of the condition of my teeth and gums. I've seen "money hungry" as other comments and agree.
Dr Brent Neidenthal is a great Dentist. His staff and lady who handles the finances is terrible and not considerate at all! After 7 years, I will never go there again. They are money hungry and very greedy when it comes to bills and misc charges. They will not work with you one bit, and it got old fast!
the staff there is VERY unorganized. i called to reschedule an appointment; received a new time and when i got there they said they couldn't take me. the woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders when i told her i left work early just to make this appointment. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Pleasant and professional office staff. Dr. Neidenthal is very skilled in his profession and I would definitly recommend him.
