My experience here is always pleasant!! My wait time is never long. Excellent service from start to finish! Quick and effective care!! We have to remember that nurses and doctors are also humans and they deserve our patience as they are working there best to serve more than one patient at a time and also give each patient the care and attention they need as well as time management between each patient. Excellent Dr. Brought my son to Dr. Prather for asthma. Would recommend to any and all!!
Rude. Got only 1 question answered regarding my son's allergy, the rest was Googled. Wasn't called back to the exam room for 3 minutes when the doctor took a 15 minute phonecall from a pharmaceutical rep. The professional way to handle the call would be to say that I'm with a patient, can I call you back. The "15 minute" allergy scratch test took 25 minutes to come in and check. Never go to this place.
