Such a welcoming and homely place. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt completely at ease. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and everyone I interacted with was just wonderful. My procedure had to be postponed due to a possible nerve concern that needed further review, and I genuinely appreciated the careful attention and caution. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic—it’s the first time I’ve ever felt so calm and at peace in a dental setting.
I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. MacDonald and I am so glad I was! He is an amazing Dentist! He definitely puts his heart into his work, great attention to detail, he shows compassion for his patients, he is professional and super friendly. All of his staff are awesome! Always greeted with a smile!
The receptionist was delightful, very nice but the hygienist was the worst. She actually said to me "I don't see sensitive teeth" I literally had tears down my face and a mouth full of blood and she looked annoyed that I made her stop. She was terrible and insensitive and I feel sorry for any kid that has to see her. Can't say much about the dentist because I went somewhere else where they were much gentler with my sensitive teeth. I do not recommend having your teeth cleaned here!
All of the staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. MacDonald is very proficient and considerate. I always feel very comfortable under his care
I was so pleased with my experience here. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They were thorough, took the time to explain what they look for, ensure they had visual records to compare back to for subsequent visits, and in general just took care excellent care. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit! And my next visit did not disappoint! I will be happy to keep coming back!
