I went to Doctor Elliott for ADHD testing and he asked me if I would permit him to relay his diagnosis to my GP for prescription purposes. I agreed to the diagnosis being sent and instead, he sent a 9-page detailed set of notes on our session which included the most personal details, quotations and misquotes from our session.
