Came in for an eye infection was told they could squeeze me in. 2 hours and 45 minutes later they finally call me. I Understand I am a fill in but couldn't they have just said we will see you last come back in 3 hrs? Now they have come the preliminary work up...move me to waiting room...then call me into the 8 by 8 exam room and say the Dr will be right in. I have now sat in this box with a closed door for 20 minutes with no one checking on me.
If you have an appointment be prepared to wait an extra 2 hours. EVERY time they have had some kind of “emergency” but they don’t bother to let you know there is going to be a wait.
