I've been with this practice since I was born. Never had issues, have I missed appointments on accident? Sure. But they don't do a very good job with keeping appointments either. Like today, when I had an important appointment to discuss my medication and it's dosage. Did they call? No. And I have provided proof down below where it shows I only tried contacting them.
