I saw Carla Robinson, PA-C. As always, Carla is very professional and kind. She gave me cortisone injections in each thumb because of my arthritis.
Staff was loud and chatting about the patients joking about them walking out and not checking out meanwhile I sat in a room for an hour and they didn’t know I were there and had check me out already so I guess I was the topic of their conversation, it was a very unprofessional experience and I don’t plan on returning because the staff suck for forgetting about the patient which was me but had the audacity to open the door and apologize for not knowing I was still in the room
