Dr Anyaan performed a root canal, post and core and crown. He did such a bad job on the crown the tooth had to be pulled. This is not specific in his records.I called asking for medical records and his assistant told me I had never been a patient and when I insisted I had been and wanted my records, Tracy told me to NEVER CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN!
