Not happy
I last saw Dr Moore many, many years ago, and found him to be profoundly GRUMPY! I was shocked. Paid a lot of money to fix a chipped tooth, and the treatment I received was shabby. I never went back. Surprise! Surprise! (I reluctantly gave one star here because this review doesn't allow me to give a ZERO!)
We were not happy with a filling by oral hygienist but reception would not allow us to book to be seen by the dentist for the second filling. The second filling was also painful. When I rang to make an appointment to have it addressed the receptionist insisted I provide information about the kind of pain. No word of concern or apology. My son was at school and so I was not able to give more information. Which I explained.
