Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
