For starters….they make you pay for stuff without telling you and then when you go and ask them a question about it, you get screamed at and lied to. I keep EVERY email from the property manager. You cannot sit here and tell me that the email says you have to pay for the service when the email RIGHT HERE doesn’t say anything about that.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS! PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING Seriously. They moved our date multiple times, didn’t have the apartment ready even the day before move-in like they said they would so my husband and I could check what we needed to. They moved the move in time to an hour before the office closed, and were disgruntled when they had to wait for us to show up when we had to delay our move. Cristal at the front desk is very rude, confused, and has zero knowledge of what’s available and what’s not. Her bad attitude is not going to get this place very far. And please don’t ask her any questions about the apartments, that infuriates her more. She will make you not want to even think about renting there.
