I moved to Tahlequah a couple years ago from NC it was a big move I was so busy running back and forth getting settled her I neglected my dental care. My experience with Dr Rouse and his staff has been awesome. I am sending my whole family to see him for all dental needs. I am considering some fillers and teeth whitening as well.
Dr. Rouse and his staff are absolutely amazing! I explained to Dr. Rouse i had a few bad experiences with dentist over the past few years. He made me comfortable in conversation so I gave it a try. I had 10 or so teeth pulled that day and it was by far the best dental experience of my life. I remember very little of that day in fact and had minimal discomfort after. I will definitely be going back and telling friends and family about him and his staff!!
I watched in wonder as the New Direction Dental office was built and thought, I'm gonna make an appointment someday. Then I was planning a bucketlist trip to Europe, and 6 weeks before the trip I had a tooth break! So, I made an emergency appointment. Dr. Rouse and his team were excellent. We had to do surgery and graft and plan for an implant or something so I could feel confident during my trip. Dr. Rouse and his adorable staff were ready to help me to get a new upper denture after my original began falling apart. The whole staff were very amicable and ready to help me out. I've been there through a few visits to get my new smile and fit just right. I've enjoyed every visit. We're not quite done yet, but I'm looking forward to the finished product. I would recommend Dr. Rouse for dental care. I'll be bringing the rest of my family in for their dental needs in the future.
After getting all they could from my insurance they came after us for more $$$. This was a simple cleaning that had been covered for the last 8 years. My family will never use them again!!!
