My mother went to Dr Burnett in January 2024 for a crown. As of today, 6/18/2024, she still has a temporary and work has not been completed. Multiple calls to the office, either no answer, we will call you back or it will be in next week. Dr Burnett has been paid in full by my mother (who is 87) and by the insurance company. Will have to get an attorney and will file a complaint with the ADA.

If you are going for a routine cleaning, fine, but if you need anything more complicated RUN. This dentist is incompetent. Installed a crown on my daughter that was too big and shaved down her top tooth irreparably to compensate. My daughter was having trouble with her bite and tooth sensitivity so I took her to a new dentist and what he showed me blew my mind. How is she still in business?
