I have been seeing Dr. Woods and his NP for the last couple of years. I am impressed by both. The problem is the office staff. They are friendly enough, but not very responsive. Recently, my pharmacy has requested a refill for sumatriptan 4 times over the last 3 weeks. I've tried twice. There has been no answer either way. I will be finding a new neurologist as this is not the first time I've had this issue. Migraines are debilitating and the office staff obviously have no experience or empathy for their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Woods for a few years now and he's absolutely incredible. He takes the time and he listens to his patients. Very glad i found him as my neurologist.
Dr. Woods and his staff are amazing and actually care about my wellbeing and plan of action I’ve been suffering for years and I’m grateful I found him and his NPAnd MAs are amazingly supportive,prompt and punctual!!!!
