DO NOT RECOMMEND! No one should experience what I had experience. At first I thought the 5 star rating would be good, so I decide to come here. My first appointment, they gave me my treatment plan cost and which was reasonable. Shortly after, they called me and told me somehow the computer made a mistake and it wasn't the right amount, which just happened to fall on the same day I came in. Dr. Stroope and his team are so kind and helpful. Professional and caring, they go above and beyond to take care of their patients and give them the best they have.
Dr. Stroope is top tier dentist and we are sooo happy we found him. He's smart, personable, and just as importantly, honest. I've had dentist always up selling unnecessary and costly procedures. You won't find any of that with him. It's also worth mentioning that he can often run late ... but we assume it's because of his impeccable attention to detail; no slap dash dental care here! I’ve been to so many dentists. This is the only office I’ve been to where they seem to care. They talked me through everything and made me feel like I wasn’t some kind of payday. Siloam smiles and Aspen literally wanted me to sign a 10k plus dental plan before even considering the problem. Dr stroopes office was concerned about how comfortable I felt.
Been taking my girls here for several years. Staff is always nice, and the facility is always nice and clean. There for a cleaning today. In and out in less than 45 minutes.
