Dr. Semma was so kind and thorough in helping me with my foot problem! He has such a warm and welcoming presence, and he made me feel truly heard and comfortable throughout my appointment. I highly recommend him, and I’m so glad I chose to make my appointment with him!
Made an appointment for my cousin K.Alk through zocdoc, he showed up to his appointment at 8AM on a Friday only for staff to tell him the Dr wasn’t there. The day before he was sent a message for confirmation of appointment as well. Very unprofessional, staff could’ve called to cancel or inform him that the physician wouldn’t be in office the day before or the morning of even if it was an emergency.
