I was having a full extraction which is daunting as is. He began my shots without a hello or numbing gel. The shots were excruciating and I was pulling my legs to my body each time while tears were pouring down my face. I was never asked if I was ok or shown concern for my pain. He continued anyway. I really appreciated Dr. Schvaneveldt prompt, efficient and quality service. The dentist isn't the most fun place to go, but having him value my time as his own was awesome. His staff were all very friendly and courteous also. Lastly, I still don't understand how the work he did on me cost so little, but I'll take it!:) Thanks Dr. S!
