I am very frustrated. I had an IVUS done 3 weeks ago with Dr. Garland and I need to take the images to another dr for help. I have been trying to get the IVUS images for three weeks and they will not get them to me in any form. This is not an unusual request to get my records. Most facilities give you images the same day before you leave from the test. I now am needing to start over and schedule another IVUS. I have to find another dr. Amazing physician who actually listened to my son and diagnosed & operated on him for his vascular syndrome. The office staff isn't the easiest to work with, but Dr. Garland is a gem!
