Dr. Cooper is a world class chiropractor with a wonderful bedside manner.
I've been here twice and had excellent experiences both times. The front desk office manager, Diamond, made booking my appointments and staying on top of follow-up tasks a breeze. And Dr. Cooper is amazing -- super nice and eager to help you. Both visits were quick and hassle-free, and most importantly, effective! I will be back.
Dr. Copper not only provides high-quality chiropractic care, but he is an incredible human being who genuinely cares about getting you back in top shape. When I showed up in tears from sciatica pain, he quickly did everything possible to relieve the pain and help me with recovery. I can't speak highly enough of him. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of respect for patients' time at your facility. I had a confirmed appointment today, June 13, at 3:45 PM, and I arrived at 3:40 PM. However, by 4:00 PM, I had still not been seen by the doctor, which forced me to leave due to other important commitments. Additionally, someone I know, who had a 3:00 PM appointment same day, waited for 50 minutes without being attended to.
