The service is excellent. The ladies treat me very nicely and helped me picking the perfect glasses. The doctor very helpful and answered my questions. Definitely recommended.
I have a personal connection with Dr, Lernor. Honestly my experience with this office and staff is excellent. They are dedicated and provide great customer service.
The staff was busy, so it was about a 15-20-minute delay in checking me in, which was done in the back exam room. My insurance information and cost for my visit wasn’t verified at that time. My macular degeneration imaging (which cost 45 extra) wasn’t clear on one scan due to technical problems, and I never received a close-up or reading view examination. I’ve been coming here for several years, and I would rate this the poorest experience I’ve had. I may not return.
