Dr. Hicks is gone...left the state. No notice to patients. He had told us if the shingles in the eye came back, that it was an emergency and husband would be seen immediately. Still sitting here with a half blind husband.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. From Cecelia, the receptionist, to Alyssa and Rhetta, technicians and finally to Dr. Hicks. Everyone was so very kind, friendly, thorough and extremely professional. I am so very happy I found Dr. Hicks!
