Seen him in Er ,refused me much needed medical care ,xray of my hand told me I had a severely damaged left hand and a auto immune disease but sent for my records and he won't put in my medical records asked me why Dr Kaplan was so angry with me also told me no doctors are going to treat me in Duluth because of it there's more he's suppose to be a mandated reporter
