My last visit to this doctor was a nightmare. He is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. He obviously never paid attention to anything I said during the 10 years I saw him. Obviously, he only values the sound of his own voice. Rather than take any responsibility, he accused me of lying about the most absurd things and threw me out of the clinic. He left me without a doctor, without notice. He’s a great doctor until he passes you onto another doctor that puts you on meds that will get you addicted and then you go back to him and cry for help because you are a mother that is working from home and have to homeschool a first grader and a fifth grader And your crying and begging to speak to him about the withdrawals and the the non stop vomiting or that your not able to function. But he just pushes you away when he took a oath to help those in need. Yeah thanks doc

I have referred my whole family here... My mom, step dad, fiance and I all go to Dr. Bolfing. I think he's great and really good at what he does. He always pulls up an image when describing stuff to me which is awesome because I am a visual person. He always takes time to fully explain stuff to me too which I love because I have had so many doctors just rush me in and out and I felt like I never got an answer. I waited more than two months for an appointment and then got a call from the office saying he was going to take that day off, instead, and I'd need to reschedule. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on him or UT Health if that's the value they put on patients.

Absolutely terrible doctor my overall experience was so horrific that I decided to go out of my way and make an anonymous email to write this review specifically! I understand I am just one individual but I felt so taken advantage of in my time of need to only be damaged and pushed to the point to where I have no recourse. My only course of action at this point is to move on with my life but at the very least I can write a review letting people know to avoid

I am astounded with this Dr. He asked the right questions, gave suggestions on how I might work to get better, encouraged me, looking me in the eyes, and we have a plan. He answered my questions without hurrying, and while examining me made me laugh. A good sense of humor helps. It was nice to laugh and feel at ease. I was very happy I found him, and look forward to my next visit. Thank goodness!

I have been seeing Dr. Bolfing for about 5 years. I've never been more satisfied with a doctor. He's knowledgeable, kind, professional and efficient. I highly recommend him.
