Saw Dr. Simonetta once and was invested in me till they realized that kyphoplasty was not an option. Gave me info for an orthopedic oncologist in Orlando! Asked if there was somewhere else and was told “no” and good luck by Nurse practitioner Treyvon . Got the bums rush. Zero empathy or compassion. It’s all about the Benjamins.
Dr Simonetta was very nice and helpful. After reviewing X-rays he suggested therapy would help, and if that doesn’t work another option was discussed. I’m happy to say the experience from check in to checkout was great.
