Really worked with us with the volatile housing market. After moving out of state, Brando monitored the house , treated weeds. He provided feedback after all showings and scheduled weekly open houses to get the house sold.
We recently used Brando to purchase our vacation home in the Mirabay community of Apollo Beach Florida. He was so amazing, I would say more than a realtor, but also a friend. Took us out in the boat and showed us the waterways. Gave us all the hotspots for restaurants and things to do. Really helped us acclimate the area. I’m a type A personality and want a response immediately and Brando definitely gave me that. We are so thankful we had him by our side and on our team.
Brando is great to work with. He has a great knowledge of the area and was very helpful in our search for the right house. He went above and beyond both before and even well after the closing date.
