I've been seeing Dr. Irwin for over two decades. She took a sebatical for two years which left me scrambling for someone as good. I did see a few others, but No one, No one compares to her. When I found out she was back, I was the first one at her office. She had a keen eye for who You are, and addresses your concerns with no pressure. She is conscious of cost, and uses it wisely. I'm thrilled she is back!

Dr. Irwin runs a cosmetology practice under the ersatz label of dermatology. Her goal is to turn a profit. The treatment Dr. Irwin used caused hyperpigmentation. She did not take responsibility nor had she warned me of this potential result. After I discussed my worries, the staff then became unfriendly. They were very friendly when they accepted my thousands of dollars for laser treatment. There are a lot of other more caring dermatologists around who explain potential risks and I'm happy I found a great one after I stopped with Dr. Irwin.

Took the time to make me feel comfortable. Explained things very well and treatment was not out of my comfort zone.

I called to request an appointment for cosmetic and skin disease issue (history of skin cancer and scalp psoriasis) and learned I needed 2 office visits. I was fine with that so I asked for an appointment with Dr Iwing, when the receptionist said Dr was only available around November (it was June) and that the normal procedure was to see a RN first and only schedule an appointment with Dr Irwing in case of a cosmetic procedure. I was uncomfortable but scheduled an appointment with the RN as well
