Dr. Hickman is always so kind and is attentive to my physical needs. I always feel so much better after I see her!
Called all day and finally got someone on the phone and they were rude. I asked to schedule ann appointment and to let me call around to see if I could get in earlier somewhere else because I’m in pain today. The receptionist got an attitude and say we don’t hold places. I asked if they had a cancelation fee and she said not if it’s 24 hr notice. I’m sorry, but that hold places. Seemed unprofessional with lack of customer empathy. If you don’t like your job, quit.
