Dr. Stark is a personable, nice doctor that asks all the right questions; more importantly he listens to your answers. I am confident in his abilities as a doctor. However, his staff is another thing -- they don't really give a crap about patient's needs. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YOU. Do count on them to put you on hold for 20 minutes or more. Don't count on them to give you a phone call the day before your appointment.
