Dr. Kramer did my vasectomy, and I couldn't be happier. The procedure was calm and relaxed, and the recovery was virtually painless. I was prepared for the worst, and it was anything but.
While Dr Kramer is the best urologist you'll find anywhere in KC his office staff is absolute crap. His nurses are horrible and since the merger you just get lost in the shuffle. It sucks. I had to find a new urologist because of his office and he's been my doc for 6 years.
