I recently had my first appointment with this provider at the recommendation of my PCP and therapist. We were able to cover so many aspect of my mental health struggles in such a short session. He took the time to listen to me and knew what questions to ask me. I didn't feel like I just needed to list things about myself, which is what I was worried was going to happen. By the end of my visit I felt more seen and understood from a mental health aspect than I have in 20 years.
