Poor communication and a inflexible policy lead to them refusing to see me despite being 30 minutes early. They have let their own inability to send documentation interfere with seeing the Dr. If you are referred here I recommend asking for somewhere else.
Had a great experience with this office. Katherine was very kind and helpful.
I'm not one to leave reviews typically but I just wanted to share that the lady at the checkout desk, I believe her name is Katherine. She was so lovely, personable and empathetic to what I was going through. You don't always come across that these days .
