They called and scheduled our appointment before they had all the paperwork. When we went, the front staff told us they had all necessary paperwork and didn't. We asked them 3x if they had all the required paperwork, both women at the counter said yes (in between their personal conversation). We were sent to billing because of this deception or ineptitude and we got to speak to a very mean and spiteful woman who probably should work for a collection agency and not in the patient care business. Dr. Rice and his team of nurse practitioners are the best. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a patient here for at 4 years and I have never had any issues until now. I’ve been waiting on my medication for a month now. I was told I needed to come in for an appointment, which I did. Three weeks later, I’m still being told “waiting for the doctor to sign off” even though I was told during my appointment that he would get the ball rolling for the authorization ASAP. Rude employees. What's the point of having a 12:30 appointment if staff doesn't get back from lunch until 12:30? Now you've got a bunch of patients waiting outside for you to open the door just so we can get inside to check in. Pretty awful first impression.
Outstanding support, world class service by Cameron I requested a procedure report from 2022 by sending a message through the portal. Received a call from Cameron not long after and was given an option to pick up or have it sent through email. I chose email, he sent a release form and provided detailed instructions. Once I submitted the form, I received the report. It was minutes, not days to receive the report. Amazing fast response, thank you Alabama colon & gastro and Cameron!!
