This office has its priorities all wrong. My elderly mother filled out her required paperwork online a week in advance. She spent 2 hours doing it. She arrive to her appointment 30 minutes early and they said they didn't have the paperwork work so they would have to reschedule. She is 84 and had driven across town by herself just to have this happen. I don't know whether it was a flaw in their system or user error on her part. Great experience every time
It's almost impossible to have a phone call with this place. No matter what time of day you call they're closed. When they're finally open, it just goes to voicemail. I've been trying to cancel an appointment for about a month now
