He always listens to my concerns. My appointment today was just a checkup and an update on everything happening with my gastroenterologist at another facility. It was also to continue my care for pain management. He always comes in the room with a smile on his face and a readiness to help me. He is very polite and you can tell he loves what he does. It's a hit or miss if a doctor and a patient connect and I am happy that we have good communication with each other.
My son was in an automobile accident that left him a paraplegic. He goes here because they accept medicaid, but he always sees the nurse practitioner. He just recently got his home health care back and he had a nurse drop a urine sample off because he knew he had a UTI infection, he has had them before. It took from the 3rd to the 6th before he finally got medicine for it. I have had a uti before and it was diagnosed right in the office and meds were given. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW. IS THIS EVEN A REAL OFFICE?
I REALLY LIKE THE NURSE AND DR.CARDAN .I LOVE THE WAY THEY MADE me feel welcome .and there all very friendly and nice.he has a very good bed side manner.so do the nurses and mrs.kaitlynn.
