The office always runs efficiently, and smoothly. Rarely do we have to wait. Staff is friendly and very good at explaining care to the family and patient.
Dr. Penny is the only name we heard when asking around years ago for personal referrals. We soon found out why. Dr. Penny was always so kind and caring and took pride in his work and patients. I always thought it is going to be pretty hard to find someone to fill Dr. Penny's shoes, if he ever decided to retire. When he decided to bring in Dr. Hall we could tell he had found someone who had the same character traits. Such a pleasant office. The whole staff is great. Thank you all for a wonderful experience over the years.
What a wonderful place. My child is learning responsibility as she is able to check herself in when we walk in the door. She feels safe and confident. She trusts those who are helping out with her orthodontic experience. It is nice, as a parent, to see these qualities in my child because of the quality care we are recieving. Thank you all.

I have been doing business with Penny and Hall for about 15 years. Very friendly staff! Both of my kids have gone through braces, couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
