Been a patient since 1993 (!). Absolutely the best dentist I've ever had, with a superb front office staff (esp. the amazing Lisa) and wonderful assistants (thank you Zena). Caring, personable, skilled in his work, and always interested in new technologies or techniques that yield better outcomes.

When my husband and I traveled to California, my husband lost a part of one tooth when eating Pizza. Without appointment, we arrived at Bradley D Shepard´s medical practice. The doctor´s receptionists and assistants welcomed us very friendly. After waiting only briefly, the doctor grinded the aching tooth, so that we left the medical practice shortly thereafter. We are very thankful that Doctor Shepard had time for us so that we could enjoy the rest of our holidays. We can totally recommend him as a dentist.

The customer service is incredibly good, they were very kind and professionals, especially Monica, she is detailed oriented, very friendly and sweet, thank you very much
