8 am to 5pm my butt. Optical isn’t open on Friday and the receptionist is always late coming back from lunch because she thinks the boss isn’t watching.
While the staff is friendly and facilities are clean, the process of obtaining health records/information is incredibly laboursome and not up-to-date with modern conveniences at all. They told me my prescriptions would be accessible through my patient portal; however, when I requested them through the patient portal, it said I had to call.
