I’m really disappointed with how difficult it’s been to get in touch with Corona Temecula Orthopedics. I’ve spent over an hour and 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment, including 38 minutes on hold before giving up — only to call again and be placed on hold all over. I understand that offices get busy, but this level of inaccessibility makes it incredibly hard for patients to get the care they need. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to their phone system and scheduling process.

Dr Baum is the 💣, he truly is the BEST!!! I so appreciate how honest, real, and truly kind he is! I wish more doctors today worked with the integrity that he has and that they seriously only wanted the best for their patients as he does! I do not have the words to express how much I value how he cares for his patients!

The staff in the Murrieta office are all very nice and helpful awesome. Dr Baum was also nice and understanding. My only issue is Dr Baum gave me a cortisone shot in my left knee. He said come back in a week so we can give the right knee a cortisone shot as they can only do one knee at a time. WhenI called that same day to make the appointment for the next week they told no appointments until a month away. I told the woman on the phone why did the doctor tell me to come back in a week if there are no appointments. I only nee... read more

Dr Baum is the absolute best surgeon and we are so happy he did my husband's knee surgery. Not only was the surgery a success by his expertise but the Loma Linda surgery center exceeded all expectations in the care he received. Everything and everyone involved provided the best experience and outcome you could hope for. Pearl the surgery coordinator made the entire process go smooth and we appreciated her very much.
