Been calling since Nov 3 leaving messages to schedule surgery and nobody has returned any of my calls. Very frustrated with this practice
I can’t get anyone to answer the phone with every extension I try. I wanted to make an appointment with Dr.Baum for a knee replacement but if NO ONE answers the phone why would I want to be a patient there!!
I’m still on hold now I been on hold for one hour?!!!! You need either more staff or another receptionist this is ridiculous….
I’m really disappointed with how difficult it’s been to get in touch with Corona Temecula Orthopedics. I’ve spent over an hour and 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment, including 38 minutes on hold before giving up — only to call again and be placed on hold all over. I understand that offices get busy, but this level of inaccessibility makes it incredibly hard for patients to get the care they need. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to their phone system and scheduling process.
Dr Baum is the 💣, he truly is the BEST!!! I so appreciate how honest, real, and truly kind he is! I wish more doctors today worked with the integrity that he has and that they seriously only wanted the best for their patients as he does! I do not have the words to express how much I value how he cares for his patients!
